Vinyasa Yoga
Free flowing Vinyasa classes through breath and movement
Vinyasa Yoga is the synchronising of breath with movement. to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit ‘to place in a special way’, Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow.
Expect a dynamic practice, with standing, balancing and seated postures. Please take note of the teacher teaching the class, as vinyasa classes can change from teacher to teacher. Meaning you will get something new, creative and fun each time you practice.
